Veterinarian and Owner
Jodi grew up in the Calgary area and had a lifelong dream to become a mixed animal vet. She spent many summers at her uncles farm in Hanna and that is where her love of cattle bloomed. Her goal with every patient is to provide them the most compassionate care. She has a realistic approach to medicine and helps pet owners become educated in their pets health and wellness. Jodi has 2 amazing children with her husband Russ and together they care for their rescue dog, Cooper. Jodi lives by the clinic statement "Because we care.".
Kate loves the diversity of working in mixed animal practice, she loves providing compassionate care to pets and owners when they need her. She has a special interest in ultrasound, anything to do with cattle and most of all sheep! Kate is very outdoorsy and when not at work she can be found at her families cabin in Fernie hiking or skiing. Kate and her husband have a dog named Stella and their sweet baby James.
Coby has an amazing sense of humour and brings her wittiness to practice every day. She loves that challenge that mixed animal practice brings and helping owners keep pets healthy. She has an interest in alternative therapies and rehabilitation and sports medicine. Coby has 1 dog, Maible, and 2 cats, Lewis and Garry. When not at the clinic she can be found walking Maible, swimming or riding horses.
Peter recalls a strong mentor in his life on the dairy farm he grew up on that influenced his dream of becoming a veterinarian. Peter has a particular interest in dentistry, dermatology and small ruminants. He is always full of fun and interesting facts and is passionate about educating clients in the care of their pets. Peter is an artist and enjoys painting and spending time with family and friends.
Becky found her passion for veterinary medicine as a young girl when her own dog became sick. It was that experience that solidified her dream to be a vet. Becky is certified in Veterinary Spinal Manipulation Therapy and again drawing on her own experience she believes the benefits that this alternative therapy has for all animals. She has 2 dogs, 5 cats and 5 horses and spends her time outside of the clinic paddle boarding, riding, doing yoga and hiking.
Jen knew from a young age that she wanted to be a vet, but it wasn't until vet school that she found a love for cattle. Jen loves all animals big and small, but has a special place in her heart for cats and cows. She loves being a vet becuase she can help animals feel better all while getting to know their amazing owners. When Jen isn't working she loves to be at home reading under a blanket with her 2 cats, Oliver and Squishy. 
Brittany Smith, DVM
Brittany always knew that her passion was helping animals and that became her focus all through school with a goal to attend vet school. Brittany grew up with cattle and raised 4-H steers every year. She has a strong interest in beef cattle medicine, but loves the variety that mixed animal practice has. She loves meeting new people and helping them support the animals they love. She has 2 dogs Grim and Bug.
